HOT CHICK - THE RECIPE

ok, the most difficult thing with this recipe is to squeeze it out of tOni ... so from here on it is easy!!

get as much chickenbreast as you want to eat, normally one (or two small ones) per person you want to feed. then you need some chicory ... again one or two per person, (we had three for two, that was perfect) and cocktail tomatoes ... you know, these nice small ones ... take five or six per person, then you need salt, pepper, a cup of cream and of course the divine dijon mustard ... it HAS TO BE dijon mustard!!!

first you put some salt and pepper on the chickenbreasts, then you butter the chicken with the mustard and let it marinate for a few hours (two will be enough but the longer the better)

then roast the breasts carefully in olive oil - watch out, they should not get brown ... when the chick is nearly done, get it out of the pan, put it on a plate and cover them. then cut the chicory in half and put it into the pan, roast it a bit and add the cream, let it boil a bit and wait until the chicory is nearly done. while you wait, cut the tomatoes in half and add them. try it, and add some more salt and pepper if you like.

and TA-DAH you are done ... put it on a plate and serve it ... anddon't blame us when the neighbours bang against the wall in dislike of your moans of delight ;D

and the song of today is just about the title: TO CHINA (the plate) WITH LOVE *roflmao

artist: mando dia
song: to china with love
album: bring 'em in

get on the train cause i'm tired of you, boy
you can come back when you're dressed in blue
you won't get a penny of using me
i'm gonna send you home and hit you on sunday

don't look so small, i'm not bigger than you
but i've got blues enough to smash your bones
i've lit up my life with those matches i've got
from those who stood by me when i was in pain, boy

you're too near me nasty boy-girl
it's pretty bad that you're still around
i'm gonna laugh when you're down and out, boy
i'm gonna laugh when you're on that lonesome ride

back all the way to china in a police car from japan, oh yeah
sitting in the backseat crying
where's your pride?

getting my feet all drained in mud,
i'm gonna clean them when i'm done with you
i don't give a damn if your filthy too
i've got enough soup for my whole generation

your too near me nasty boy-girl.
it's pretty bad that you're round my hood
i'm gonna laugh when you're down and out boy
i'm gonna laugh when you're on that lonesome ride

but all the way to china

drop your blood in china,
you will get rid of that mighty stone, oh yeah
people told me you were a rich man now
where's your pride?

@ lurker - this is a recipe, no call of duty! of course you can cook it without the chicory, it will be a different dish then, but who cares, tell us what you used instead and how it tasted ;D

@ amy, mag & sissi - am i invited??

@ minn - food adventures are the best =D try it, oh, and the chicory won't be this bitter if you take the sore out ... just a hint, for those who never used it ;D

you know i want feedback on how you think it is after you cooked it ;D
