O.K. - it's warm outside... sun is shining... my new t-shirt has it's print on the inside =D... and maderating through the streets on the bike is still big fun... the icecubes slowly melt in my martini... and we will have a barbecue on saturday... sooooooo what pops up in your mind while reading this? - silly question! snowboard season of course! it's high time for getting in shape!!! so we'll do some push-ups, and sit-ups (very impotant) and knee-bends... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand most important!!! a load of head-bangs *mwuahaha.
